Seriously needs work

1. This is a great app idea but there is a lot of bugs
2. I have a lot of staffers that work 3 different shifts in a day and this only lets you put in 2
3. The calendar scroll is a bit sluggish
4. Needs a repeat option for my staffers who work the same schedule without change
